                        Looks like Dende is the new god of the planet earth......

So what does it mean to be God in Dragon Ball? Dende is brought in simply for his ability to make dragon balls, but do you actually have to be "God" to do that? What else does God do? All Gods have not been namekians, so there's definitely more to the job.
