Yamcha got hit so hard he breaks the panel’s upper frame! Awesome!

                        Ohohoho so Yamcha fights with Goku and makes him mad and actually retreated in the end 'cause he got scared of Bulma's presence hahaha... Loved how Oolong tried to escape but Pu'ar swatted him and made him think one more time XD It was an okay chappie I guess... Oh a particular weird Yamcha + Bulma scene :P

Yamcha's introduction here is one of the most memorable moments from Dragon Ball, at least in terms of what I watched. Possibly because after Dragon Ball Z it's so weird to see him treated as something of a big deal here, he was the first person who gave Goku any semblance of trouble, hungry or not that's still impressive. Yamcha's pretty good here, the sword is cool, The Wolf Fang Fist is cool, his anxiety around girls is funny.



Though the best bit of the entire chapter is Goku ricocheting Yamcha off the top panel, always love when series incorporate the panels themselves like this.

Yamcha is weird being shy, though it makes him more interesting, good chapter, though.

Yamcha is also no rival to Goku!
