1st in the #17 games piccolo had lost, next one - #16. lol



now that cell kinda had power, we don't get to see his battle style much, usually we can see it when there's small gap between the warriors, this time seems cell had overpowered piccolo way more. the power measure in dragon ball is only getting further and further, and tien that was useless for most dbz now thought he will have some need? lol

And that ends Piccolo's time as a relevant fighter. From this point on, he's basically more God than Piccolo in his role. Really not a fan of how he's built up, powered up, and then it only lasts for such a short time. Doesn't help that's pretty much exactly what happened on Namek as well.

Jeez, the Scans got worse.
