Dragon Ball Chapter 347 Discussion

20 being Dr. Gero is a nice twist I guess, although Piccolo was right on the money earlier (obviously to seed this reveal so it wasn't out of left field) but I can't claim like I wasn't just biting my tongue on it. It's a nice reveal, but most of the other content takes precedence, the formal reveal of two other more powerful androids, the little moment between Trunks and Vegeta when Trunks questions him about not going to save his family, Yajirobe being left in the dust.

it's been time since the pace was good, but triyama made great comeback with couple of twists in the story that started in previous chapter, to vegeta surprised to know the future boy is his boy, the confront of vegeta and trunks, and the revelation about 20 being dr. gero. perfect chapter that we hadn't seen for a while now.

                        So that was doctor Guro hm I wonder why he lied in the first place.....They are all to soft to just wait to kill the enemy I expected more from Vegeta...........

Whilst I have some criticism at Vegeta's acceptance into the group and certainly his out of nowhere romance with Bulma, I do like how it is handled here. Vegeta doesn't care, he's still evil, he's still a "badman".




He should get that on a shirt. I like that he figures out Trunks identity straight away, and I like that he doesn't really care about that either. Vegeta as a character will never be as great as he was in the Namek arc, but the addition of Trunks really does add a lot of interesting story with him.



C20 being Dr. Gero is pretty cool and I like that Piccolo guessed it before. I always love it when Bulma gets something to do, even if it's only a bit of information. Really shows how unprepared our heroes were if they didn't even check up who Dr. Gero, their future main villain, was.
