Vegeta's defeat of 19 is kind of iconic to me honestly. It's pretty bad-ass but there's some pretty memorable iconography here, I think 19 grasping Vegeta's hands and Vegeta kicking off 19's head to rip the arms off is just a great sequence that really displays Vegeta's power. Even with the very power that made the Androids so menacing just a couple chapters ago, Vegeta's managed to reduce 19 to fear. Seeing him run away for his life before Vegeta kills him is a pretty memorable sequence too, it's a pretty stark contrast to how Goku reacts to an enemy that's clearly lost, and it's pretty rare to see the villains reduced to such fear.
