When Yamcha yells that the androids landed in the city you can see that Toriyama drew him with the wrong hairstyle.

this whole chapter had the vibes of the sayan arc start, where everyone (almost) gathered together. we may got new arc but toriyama's way of doing things won't change much, so as how the story continue to develop might be almost the same. but all in all it depends on how toriyama going to build the story with all the current characters.Terrestrious said:
One of the things I've grown to appreciate about this arc, is the decision to have the Androids not having an ki. Obviously, this just started but watching this series growing up, in large part to being a stupid kid and how long it took Toonami to finally air this part, I never thought much about the effectiveness of this decision. Being able to sense Chi was a huge part of the Namek arc, and it was for a long while, it was something like an ace up the sleeve for them. So removing that is a pretty effective way to make them threatening in a new fashion, I like that. yup, its very helpful when it have completely natural logic explained and not only "removing" the chi. it's also helping removing the whole "he stronger than me or not" in battle.

The heroes sensing energy was their big trump card in the previous arc, so it's great to see that completely removed straight away. Really effective way to make the bad guys feel more threatening.

Really enjoyed this chapter. It's always fun when the characters all meet and interact. Introducing baby Trunks is great. Would have liked to see more of a reaction from the other characters though.

I was always curious how the romance between Vegeta and Bulma bloomed, but I guess we won't see it, since they skipped those 3 years
