The body switch ability is certainly an interesting one, and it makes for a nice, different, and scary conflict for Goku to have to try and overcome.

I prefer the Frieza segments though, and while power levels are ultimately kinda pointless in Z (as shown by how often they mislead and such) it does provide a good sense of scale for the fighters. Frieza's power level absolutely wrecks anybody else's right now by a good amount (I wonder if that's even counting the transformation, probably not) and Frieza's certainly proving it in the fight with Nail but the only reason the fight with Nail works is because of the power reading. 42,000 is quite the impressive reading, one that probably would've been a great help against the Ginyu (though, not as much as Goku was obviously). Since we've never got any feats from Nail, the 42,000 power level is all we got, and that's one of the highest readings we've gotten so far so seeing him be effortlessly beaten by Frieza here actually works because we've got some context on how strong he is relatively.

Lol only 23,000 Ginyuu sure is dumb to think he can controls goku's body.

It's a shame we never got to see Nail/Neiru actually do something. I guess the original idea was that he would help in the fight again the Ginyu, before relegating him to be a showcase for Freezer's power. But it doesn't mean that much since we don't know much about him or what he would have been able to do.

frieza strength and his confidence sure is effective, especially after so many talking about his power and he just reveals it's over 500,000 O_O

literally a monster.

goku though kinda misjudged genyuu for showing him his true power.

toriyama draw well genyu face on goku design.
