So I guess Kagura might go Yato-rage mode now? If so, I hope this is how it happens
Kamui shock waves everyone away, and as Kagura is lying on he ground helpless, he approaches Umi's body, he speaks
Umi: Kagura... let it go. It is not a sin to fight for the right cause... There are those who words alone will not reach. Your brother is such a being. I know how you feel, Kagura... You are gentle, you do not like to hurt. I know because I too have learned these feelings, but it is because you cherish life that you must protect it.
Kamui: Uh. This sentimental downpour is killing me. It's so nice of you to help, father. But I plan on doing this my way.
Umi: Please, drop your restraints... Protect the life I loved. You have the strength. My instincts sensed it. Just... let it go...
(Kamui crushes Umi's head with his foot)
Kagura: Papi... I let you die...I can't do that... I won't watch anymore. I...I feel it slipping. And I won't watch this anymore!!!

That is an awful way for it to go down in my opinion. And kagura mastering the yato berserk mode in an instant would be an ass pull of the 1st degree. Like someone said before gintoki is not out of the fight yet. There's so much that can happen now, gintoki has proved to us that kamui still deep down cares about his sister. That wall that Gintoki's been trying to break through has cracked a bit. Umi dying by his sons hands is not gonna happen, i think ur forgetting that shinpachi and abuto nd even sadaharu are protecting him. I know it seems far fetched that THEY of all ppl can do anything in this situation but let's not jump to silly conclusions lol.
