I always felt this arc was the last arc of the manga as well.  With this storyline of the arcrobalenos and the Vindice now revealed, all of the remaining mysteries have been investigated.  



But yes, I've been waiting for Tsuna to arrive.  Took a few chapters, but understandable because the author wanted to show how everyone else is completely out of their league against Jager.  Hopefully this battle will live up to my expectations.
