And thus ends the Saints Beast Arc & it was good. Just good. The pace was quick & it was mostly just action but it's the first time we had the whole cast together and the formula of this arc allowed each one of them to get their moment in the spotlight (a formula revisited briefly in HxH). Hiei still shined the brightest in my opinion but none of the others were bad. Yusuke using his life energy works well enough & Kuwabara managing to save him to by giving him his own is a fine wrap up. I really liked the humor in this chapter, Kuwabara's prank on Yusuke (even getting Kurama involved) was rather funny. I also enjoyed the talk between Hiei & Kurama at the end there.
