Ummmmm it wasn’t bullshit because Kaiba was going to commit suicide so Yugi did what he felt was right to save a life. Like any decent human being would.



Kaiba had severe PTSD which caused him to believe that he would never be able to save Mokuba, and realizing how much he fucked up that got Mokuba to where he is at that point in the story. Kaiba was literally threatened to duel Yami Yugi to begin with in order to save Mokuba. Yugi is too kind hearted to let Kaiba kill himself, regardless of Yami Yugi winning the game. So to categorize them as “little bitches”, especially when mental health is concerned is pretty fucked up.

                        Yugi is winning now. Kaiba looses it and in a moment of despair he has a vision of Mokuba dyeing and his younger self fiercely glaring and blaming him for the loss. That was pretty messed up. In desperation and last gamble, Kaiba decides to use his last resort and put his life on the line. If he can't save Mokuba he rather die.



Dark Yugi is perfectly ready to take this gamble and kill Kaiba for the sake of saving his grandpa's soul, but then Yugi emerges to stop him.

Yeah, things got heavy and out of control when lives are on the line. Dark Yugi just showed how ruthless he can be.
