Yu☆Gi☆Oh! Chapter 62 Discussion

                        Pegasus is still messing around with Yugi, but in doing so, Yugi realizes that he's doing it somehow in real time. Pegasus is even letting Yugi get hits in just to keep things fair, as he claims. Dudes got balls. Haha. They go back and forth battling it out since Pegasus already set up a 15 minute timer and Yugi almost wins in the last few seconds, but obviously Pegasus was fucking with him the whole time. Then he reveals how he won with his Millennium eye and gives Yugi a penalty game where he steals his grandpa's soul and puts it into the TV and challenges Yugi to come to duelist kingdom.

What can I say, a really awesome duel and start! Pegasas makes a strong impression here. Yugi actually lost, and suffered a penalty game. Pegasus got his grandpa's soul inside of the tv using his millennium eye item.



We actually get some semblance of rules explained as well.

It is something ... funny how much early Duel Monsters resembles a RPG board game. Typing also plays a huge part in the early years of the game.



Also let's just appreciate the fact that Dark Yugi could have won if he just stalled the game ...
