W-Juliet Chapter 2 Discussion

I was a bit confused at the end of the first chapter, but seeing that they kissed each other again this chapter, I guess they really are a couple.

So they went from friendship to couple within one chapter, without a classical declaration of love, just because Ito found out Makotos secret?



I mean, in chapter 2 they go to the pool at night, which I would consider a date.



But then at the end of the chapter Makoto asks Ito (I assume) "Have you fallen for someone?" - "Well, a little."

That line was confusing. Aren't they already going out?





Anyways, Ito ripped out the film, exposing it to dirt and sunlight, which should have rendered the negatives completely useless. Yet it was on the grass in perfect condition and the pictures came out just fine?

How could they overlook that mistake?

His sister made her one. They said it took her 4 hours to get ready. You can see it clearly when he does that Backflip.

                        That was somewhat anti-climactic . . . I thought she would get shoved in to the pool at some point. Also . . . Why did noone question the lack of a scar on her back? Wasn't that her excuse for not swimming, but then all of a sudden she goes "Fine, I'll get into a bikini" and there is no scar.
