Kind of a far off guess here, but some foreign languages literally pronounce the letter "w" as "double-v" rather than "double-u" (French being one example). In this chapter, they made two v's, one on the outside and a smaller one inside. Hence, Aerial W for Victory would make sense, especially for those countries do recognize it as "double-v."

Sleeping forest vs The Takeushi Brothers, jaja, this was a nice chapter, i hope Ringo don't get hurt by Nemesis. Well let's go to see what happen next?
