Take it easy, Mag. This is classic shoujo manga where is that one bad character that's agoinising lifes of the main ones. Sure, some of those decisions are stupid, but then it wouldn't be interesting. The thrill of winning the Queen in the end wouldn't feel the same.
I really loved this manga. It's one of those shoujo mangas where the heroin isn't some crybaby and she is actually trying to do something here.
Saying "classic" or something being a certain age is not an excuse for bad story telling. I really hate when people say this shit like "Oh I'm sure it's good even though it's bad now". No if it is bad, it's bad. I don't give a shit about the date.

Seriously I could only take so much of Yuri somehow getting captured (by doing something stupid) and then get molested by an enemy commander.
It's also kind of absurd how much Nakia got away with so much shit and even more absurd the characters pretty much do nothing about it. Each chapter, Nakia schemes get someone killed and they're all distraught but they don't really take any action to prevent it from happening again. I mean no one seriously though to at least keep tabs on her? It's like everyone has short term memory somehow.
Every chapter, it's pretty much, "Gee I wonder who is behind all this evil shit that is happening at the present moment?" "oh wow, it was the Queen?! I literally did not see this coming!"
Even when she was captured they had the bright idea to put her cell directly above her main henchman wow.
This is one of the worst manga I've ever read.

This was about 20 volumes too long.

I agree with almost everything u said. The way nakia got away everytime was ridiculous, and Yuri getting captured all the time. And after a time, I felt the story was too long and repetitive (and how someone doesn't recognize Ramses name...)
