Shugo Chara! Chapter 48 Discussion

Ending was lame...I'm still kinda confused, hopefully encore! will be good...

The ending for this was alright. Wasn't anything special but it sets up for the sequel rather nicely if you ask me. Like someone said earlier, lots of possibilities. I'm looking forward to the Encore.

I expected the embryo connection at the end. I thought that was a good way to wrap it up (although I'm not sure if that explains the random sparkly stuff they saw randomly after fights... or is that only in the anime? I don't even remember anymore)

I was annoyed though how it ended with Ikuto. it's like they acknowledged the OTP and then destroyed it. I hate shows that do that *coughgundamseeddestinycough*



Anyway, I'm also slightly confused about the sequel. to me, it sounds like a bunch of random stories and not a full-out sequel?



"Shugo Chara" will have an "encore" serialized in the April issue. You'll be able to read many stories about your favourite characters!



hmm. but speaking strictly about this and not any possible sequels, that was a disappointing ending.

                        I thought the last chapter was kinda dissapointing..I mean we find out Tsukasa was the future Tadase (I figured he was). But Amu doesent really end up with anyone :( Ikuto is still searching for his dad.. Thank god theres going to be a sequel, or else I'd cry because I absolutely hate cliffhanger endings.

Well... the embryo ended up being every single eg on the child's heart and that makes me wonder where on Earth did that story about the wish came from. The only posible source would be Tsukasa if he was future Tadase all along, meaning that the suffering of all the kids who got their wgg stolen was all his fault ... and it still wouldn't explain why Easter knew about the Embryo. The Humpty Lock, Dumpty Key and Ikuto's father whereabout never where explained.



Kinda lame for an ending, but... oh well.

So Tadase in the future has an amazing time machine that makes him go back and forth in time... Not forgetting he appeared in a photo with Tadase's parents and little Tadase... ¬¬



I strongly disliked it... This is too open. I don't know but it just doesn't feel like a good enough ending. We didn't even get Dia's real name...

But ok, there's always 'Encore!'.

& tadase is cute how he likes amu but seriously get over it, ikutos hotter ^^

& the whole embryo thing ... so basically Easter crused thousands of little kids dreams for no reason? hahaha how ironic!

the ending felt really rushed but w/e i guess the sequel will be good
