You can tell that towards the end -
when Papa Koiwai starts crying - that these are the same types of questions Yotsuba would be asked if she had started crying and that she probably remembered all of them...

Having just read the official English release, neither! It has "& Paints" as #102 and "& Backpack" as #104.
