Chapter sympathetic, but also taste a bit sad in the end, the tables begin to get rich detail, while remaining simple in design style. For me, this first volume has been very good.
Short but sweet. Was there really any point in Yotsuba putting on her wellies? >__<
So her dad says he found her a foreign country and somehow he found himself raising her. I love his explaination. And I love his relationship between himself and Yotsuba.
Can't believe I've come to the end of the volume D= Gotta order volume 2 ASAP!
I agree with pretty much everyone else here about liking what Yotsuba's father says about her. She really does find enjoyment in everything - and when watching her do so, you can't help but smile.
Anyway, I definitely enjoyed that first volume and I am looking forward to starting on the next one.
