Killy ends up having some quick skirmish with a silicon. It was weird when she came outta that tentacle tube looking monster. Killy executed her like a boss with a little pea shooter weapon. It was highly effective nonetheless. I like how Killy meets that guy in resting mode and talks to him through the keychain, but then just leaves him there and doesn't help. Haha. I didn't understand who Killy was talking to when he pulled out his own keychain. That was new as well.

He didn't find the genes, that's why he turned back and continued going upstairs.

Ok hot take, but I think Killy finally found the net terminal gene... albeit the person is dead and has been for some time. That would explain Mori's statement at the end of "Maybe that was who remade the builders in this place.". Only people with the net terminal gene can control the builders. And when Killy does the retinal scan and shows the dead humans eye in the bottom left corner there appears to be the chromosome bands of 1-9 that appear to be normal. These were the chromosomes that Cibo declared as not mutated in Log 2 and that implied it was a human with the net terminal gene. Just a crackpot theory. I wonder if that means there will be more humans around that could still be alive in this stratum with the net terminal gene?
