its still sloooooowwww.........Karasuma told that he was dying, what, 6 chapters ago? and still no resolution on either Harima or Tenma's end? I thought that, the always prepared Akira, didn't have any plans for this hilarious.

I think the handcuffs can be released when it is in the foot. The foot is more slim than the hands, right?
