It took them that long to figure it out? I could've told them 40-50 chapters ago. I hope the nice lady will be alright.
The manga tries to sell itself as an epic adventure but it's too obvious that the mangaka is trying to think of any possible action cliche to extend the story line. Volcanos, earthquakes, explosions... You have it all.
Volcano was the only thing that happened. All the rest were caused by the volcano's eruption/were parts of the factors that caused the eruption.
I just want to know why it affected the entire world. It must've been the ring of fire erupting if it did. Or just Japan being their typical "We are the entire world" self.

Yeah, I agree Scynt_Skunk. The manga's story has been very good in my opinion, it's sustained tension and shown the aftermath of the volcanic explosion from a unique viewpoint very well. I have issues with the way the author makes people turn crazy as soon as society crumbles, because real life isnt that simple, but at the same time he's still populated it by rational characters at least.
