Urusei Yatsura Chapter 312 Discussion

The cover page is a blatant advertisement for the Fire Tripper OVA. I wonder why she was so excited about this. It's not like it was the first Takahashi anime. That'd be Urusei Yatsura itself. Maybe because it was the first of the Rumic World series of OVAs. Either way, it's cool to see proto-Inuyasha in another form.



The fact that the Viz translation translates the title as Flame Driver pretty much shows the translators weren't fans of Takahashi or they simply didn't care...
