Bruh. What a wild chapter.



At least Ryuonsuke and Benten were able to make up by the end.



Ataru's role as the adulterous rice seller was the funniest ngl.




In the OG anime, Benten met Ryunosuke in the anime original episode 112. It was a pretty cool episode as it actually focused on those 2 characters particularly.



But it created a plothole with this 3-part manga story. Weirdly, the anime decided to adapt this story as episode 160. So, in the anime, Benten met Ryunosuke for the first time twice. It was strange because they simply didn't acknowledge episode 112. They could've also skipped this story but for some reason, they didn't.



From the fandom page, it also seems like a lot of the scenes from chapter 270 weren't adapted. Don't really remember it cause I watched it a long time ago.



It'd be great if the Remake adapted this story but it's very unlikely cause modern people might think it's outdated. Too bad cause it's a great story.
