Never liked this kid in the anime... But the fact that he was voiced by Masako Nozawa (Goku's seiyuu) while Ataru was voiced by Toshio Furukawa (Piccolo's seiyuu) was still hilarious.

Also those alien kids at the end sure are something... Ataru is extremely lucky that Lum and the other Onis don't look like some of those other aliens...
