Chrno Crusade Chapter 16 Discussion

I can't imagine Chrno would have done what she claims after he lost his horns, if I'm right Ion was the one who broke them off, why would he cause chaos for him?  But that being said, I am assuming that was an act of rebellion for Ion, in fact we don't know who Chrno used to be.  I suppose he could've done it in an act of rage or something.  We'll see I suppose.  



Stella can't believe such a sweet little boy was the demon she's been looking for.  If I recall correctly, in the anime she hated all demons, not just the one who ruined her life.  In this she seems much more open to Chrno if he didn't do it, but she did drop that one line about demons being cunning and evil or whatever she thought to herself.  I'm interested to read on.
