It really looks like Satoshi Yamaoto enjoys drawing White, because she looks to be the most expressive female lead to far.it is mostly because the art in this arc is much more serious (unlike DP) and the female character is a feminine and not tomboy (unlike sapphire) that she has so many emotions that need to be drawn both serious and goofy. and there's also the fact that she's unique character we haven't seen so far. (that she's actually not a pokemon trainer)
