Easily the best chapter of Nidaime, because, thankfully, Saki firmly rejected Madarame, so now he can move the fuck on, which he should have already done. I wasn't expecting to be particularly remorseful for his situation, since I thought he should have had the strength to move on from the love he selfishly harbored of his best friend's girlfriend a long time ago, but, surprisingly, this moment was handled quite well, allowing it to be both satisfying and touching at the same time.
Thankfully, there's now absolutely no chance (not that there really was any to begin with) for the incredibly awful Saki x Madarame pairing to ever form, which would have been extremely contrived and unnecessary, as said relationship would have ruined previous character development and needlessly broken up the terrific Saki x Kousaka relationship. So, all in all, this was a satisfying, long-awaited chapter that excellently delivered in a manner I wasn't fully expecting.
