It's chapters like this that make me love Pokemon Adventures. This chapter was a major turning point of Lady and resolved many of the running gags by giving them a much more important thematic meaning. She recognized how she not been truthful to Diamond and Pearl with her habit of blatantly lying to them for the entire series. She has opened herself up to Diamond and Pearl, and that point is capture by revealing her name is Platinum. This arc doesn't have the best battles, it doesn't have the best characters, but it has clearly done the best in developing its characters.

while i would come and say that this chapter were pretty obvious, i can't say i didn't enjoyed it. it continued the drama from previous episode in a fine way, and just how much lady seriously had grown on me, probably the best female character of the series.

(though it's not really competition, i like crystal and yellow, but they haven't grown emotionally on me, while i still believe sapphire is good character, she's only good as with pair with ruby. oh and blue is just straightforward good tomboy girl that's written really well. lady is the only female-non tomboy character that i feel complex more than pokemon character could get, while also becoming emotionally attached)
