Wow, such a bitch!  He deserves better; not Sumire, but someone nice...being such a good man.! and that woman is really hateful.

                        I really don't like her, I'm sure he has to wind up with someone other than Sumire and it'd be nice if it was someone who loved him, but I hate the way she's going about it and would prefer it if someone new came along and took him.

I don't know what's wrong with me but i REALLY can't get myself to hate fukushima as a character... i mean i've always been overly empathetic, especially with flawed characters, and the more chapters she's in the more she's shown in a better light. but at the same time, literally every time I think "ok see! she's not that bad and she probably genuinely likes hasumi!", shit like her conniving smile at the very end of this chapter, or super awful tactics like her lying and borderline date rape, makes me go back on that thought.



I have no idea where the mangaka is trying to go with making the audience feel about her, but depending on where the story does go it might be a good thing if she ends up with hasumi. Mainly because Sumire finally ending things with Hasumi when they obviously don't work well as a couple would push her towards Momo, but also because, depending on whether Fukushima's character develops to the point of where she redeems her bitchy tendencies, in my opinion her interactions with hasumi in this chapter kind of shows that they're more comfortable/compatible with each other (like momo and sumire kind of vibe). but then again I CAN'T TELL whether she's being genuine or if it's all a ploy!!!???? i guess we'll find out.

This could have been funnier if it wasn't for the whole rape thing she was going to.

Yeah he is way too naive though, I feel like he lets himself get tricked all the time. I feel bad for him however I also think his inability to not give a fuck is gonna cost him dearly in the long run. wonder how this will play out.

also the whole "he deserves better than her" thing is debatable, because although hasumi is obviously a really great guy at heart, everyone seems to forget that he cheated on his fiance with sumire back when they were university students and lacks a lot of sense when it comes to being too nice to shiori, who he knows is in love with/wants him, while he's got a girlfriend overseas.
