Tanya and Mine stand out to me as 2 characters almost certain to be ganked by the imminent ending.  Hopefully I'm wrong.

This chapter was short >< But nonetheless sweet and great as usual!

I'm highly doubtful the end is next chapter. I could see it in maybe 4 or 5, but there's too much closure needed on this perfect manga, the mangaka has been writing it for like 10 years. No, there's gotta be more.

I used to have great hope for the Nodame/Chiaki couple but I'm getting more and more suspicious as to the authenticity of Nodame's love. Somehow realising that Chiaki can still teach her lessons doesn't seem like a good reason to love him at all...



I wasn't that much of a fan of the snobby Chiaki at first but I find his feelings to be very sincere and more and more touching as the story progresses. He seems to actually love Nodame for who she is and not for her prowess as a musician.



I smell a bad ending to one of my very favorite mangas and I SO hope to be wrong!

But, I really don't think the ending is going to be very good unless it's at least twice as long as usual. :( Hopefully we will get supplements later like how Emma has Emma Further Tales.

i will be extremely extremely disappointed if this happens. i really hope that the last chapter is extra long and that they end this amazing manga with respect.
