So this was the beginning of the infamous Lupin III. The art style certainly reflects the period in which it was created. It is a bit hard to differentiate between some characters though.
I have to say, the whole hiding a microfilm inside your daughter business is pretty unsavory. And yes, I agree a lot of the characters suffer same face syndrome in this chapter.
