So what can happen if a goddess and a human mingle? Something bad had to happen for it to be taboo'd like that. Maybe she went haywire or something, causing destruction in anguish and killing many people when he died, being a mortal and more squishy than a god?

Yeah, that was like totally unexpected. o_O And if Bell and Keichi really do share their feelings with that minstrel and that goddess, wherever their bodies are right now, it must by a freaking jurrasic park at the moment (if you consider that one kiss produced this many flowers earlier :P).

the goddess from the past said she became a goddess when she was used as a sacrifice, does this mean human can become god or demon with the right condition, this is freaking me out. This can surely be a foreshadowing of Keiichi Fates.

this being the past i think they are also showing the reason why the current restrictions are so strickly enforced. that scene was quite a surprise too.



as for her becoming a god, you also have to see that it came at a great cost.....something that she herself does not see as a cost, or rather perhaps understands and accepts.



this also means that if they are to be together she might have to give up being a goddess, essentially giving up her family and everything else.

i had been thinking about that for some time too. i am guessing this is a sort a test to see how they react to the reality of things. i imagine things did not turn out well for those two.
