The author needs to wrap this shit up already. Maybe it just feels longer because of the wait between chapters, but it feels like they've been fighting these alien things for a hundred goddamn chapters. I was okay with this at first, but it just all feels like filler to me, like the author is just putting off having to come up with a proper ending until the last possible second.

I love how Filler doesn't mean Filler anymore and just means something people don't like.

Oh hey Giant Mechas now.

SWEET.

So, Nishi teleported some of the Gantz warriors into the giant Mechas to destroy the tower that compresses space, therefore the entire Alien continent.

Gawd damn, the chapter would of been enjoyable if not for the kei-chan tae-chan panels D8<

Oh look, someone trying to be cool on the internet. If you actually read what I wrote, then you would have noticed the distinction when I put that it feels like filler. I didn't say it actually was filler (although an argument could be made). Oh, and also I used it correctly, but please, don't let that stop you from being condescending.

Filler episodes are entries in a generally continuous serial that are unrelated to the main plot, don't significantly alter the relations between the characters, and generally serve only to take up space. This could be considered Padding applied to a whole franchise. ... In most cases, the defining aspect of filler is the total lack of series momentum. Filler can be safely ignored without any loss of important information. However, there is also a style of filler called the "single upgrade filler". Basically, it uses a filler episode to introduce a new power, machine, costume, minor character, etc. without having to work it into the greater narrative. In these cases, the episode can be ignored outside of "something got an upgrade".

Link.

-slow claps- (Just so I have a childish little condescending insult since you felt the need for the same. )

I would argue that definition of filler is total insanity and really only works for the most basic cliche things possible. Things with social commentary, works of art, reflections on humanity, all would be considered filler in accordance to that.

It would also at most, put about 85% of Gantz as filler.
