The Tokyoites are baffled at how casual yet hostile the Osakans are, acting so territorial all the while drugging themselves up before they get to work. Looking at how well they're doing though, I guess that this is just one of the many days of the lives of Team Kansai.
It would've been awesome to see Takeshi fight the giant but I guess that you can't win them all. It's great that Kaze swoop in at just the right time though!
