Compared to the previous chapter, this one was definitely more interesting. I guess that the Dicloni being free to do as they please at a very early age is rather complicated since they can end up killing other people for fun without realizing that it's bad. It doesn't mean that the prolonged torture they go through in the name of science is in any way justified.
I wonder what caused the Dicloni to suddenly exist.
