Wendy's probably going to go into Irene's body. And if magic isn't tied to your soul, then she'd basically have Irene's powers. Idk, I feel like Irene didn't do much thinking here.

This chapter was just too WTF for me to process a normal thought for it.

Irene has went up against The Dragon that killed Igneel and held her own vs Most of the entire FT went up against that same dragon and couldn't last even a minute.

BS BS BS Friendship BS.

Can we get a normal fight with an actual corrective outcome instead of knowing already that the fairy tail member is going to win due to some BS Friendship plot armor.



If you use your head a little bit harder, it was obvious that Irene let herself hit by Erza because she doesn't give a damn about winning in her old body anymore once she saw what kind of abilities Wendy is capable off. While Wendy is weaker than Irene, she has similar abilities as hers, and more importantly, a human body that never went to dragonificate. She has finally found a body for herself, which has higher priority for her than serving under her saviour right now; said saviour who was only capable of giving her a body with no sense of taste and is uncapable of sleep.

This is surely Mashima's way of powering up Wendy with her being the weakest Dragon Slayer theoretically.  With Irene being a Dragon Slayer, I feel some of her powers are going to get absorbed or left inside Wendy once Irene is defeated, making Wendy an even more powerful wizard.



Or maybe that's just wishful thinking on my part. I kinda called this happening what with Irene talking about enchantments and Wendy being able to conjure enchantments. Hope this get's wrapped up well.

What a twist with Wendy body being controlled. I wonder how much Erza will hold back against Wendy, but Erza getting trashed by Wendy sounds good as well!

I don't know what Erza is going to do right now. This is Erza, she will never ever attack Wendy's body.
