Lucy used her wits and Makarov finally did his thing.

This was the Fairy Tail i know in the past. if only the bad guys weren't as hyped as they are, but they always are.

And another super strong spriggan defeated. At least something like that was expected after previous chapter.

I understand that FT manga is all about friendship or nakama power, but when they all together fighting one enemy (who is as i said super strong, sorry for the same sarcasm) it feels so pathetic ...

This chapter mentions how 5 spriggans had already been defeated, now increasing to 6. Does that mean those were the ones Mashima added in and the last 6 will actually be threatening?



Nice seeing Lucy in action. I always though Gemini was an extremely useful spirit and having Marin's power at hand is pretty fucking cool.

To be fair to him, he had no idea how strong everyone had gotten in one year. Remember he disbanded the guild and left straight for Alvarez.



The problem is the 4 heavenly kings stated all 12 sparggains are around God Serna level (the power levels are so confusing the way Erza, Natsu and laxus did far better against the sparggains compared to the 4 strongest wizards saints who were suppose to be the strongest wizards of all time)

Natsu not being serious despite FT's lives on the line is still stupid.

Jacob is definitely worse than DiMaria. His magic wasn't even that impressive, just your standard invisibility. How the hell he took down a country is beyond me. But I guess all these offscreen feats are incomparable to FT....

SO, are we finally down to the original 6 spriggan now?

To be fair, Natsu probably could've dealt with this guy a while ago if collateral damage wasn't an issue. If the main problem with fighting the guy is the inability to pinpoint the subject, all you have to do is heat up the entire surrounding area and you're good. Also good to see Gemini again, along with a better explanation on the powers. I was kinda wondering why Lucy never used Gemini while interrogating Brandish for info, and now it kinda makes sense.

For you all Alvarez Arc haters, who want more tension and build-up in the chapters, next chapter is going to be dark. Read the spoilers ^_^

I think it's because natsu still had igneels power since happy stopped him from using it to kill zeref(power usually doesn't run out unless it is used) so I think what natsu used on Jacob was the last of igneels power.



That makes no sense since he was using this technique back in the Avatar arc too



natsu had his tattoo covered for a reason, Since he doesn't have bandages anymore I assume he can't make the that power turn on and off and uses the way gray does

Its probably gone, and that good it was too son to defeat zeref, plus we gotta deal with the red thread of fate thing
