Didn't feel like much actually happen in this chapter. Just more Lucy doing what she does best. Being used as fanservice.

Probably, which is making me wonder where the big twist is gonna come in, if the remaining 12 will be more powerful or maybe it'll really just be Zeref and Acnologia themselves Mashima gives the long, drawn out fights we're not really getting. Well August could too with all his hype.

Anyways, for the chapter itself fanservice was totally unnecessary and trash. Chapter would've been decent without it but it still was OK since Jacob wasn't defeated and hype for August next chapter.
