What a great chapter. I was expecting Fairy Tail to reach Rave Master levels of dark for awhile, and I think Igneel's death signals it. This is my favorite arc in the entire series, and I really hope A-1 doesn't fuck up adapting it (Hope the censoring won't be too bad).



I'm super pissed off about Zeref just leaving with END though after all the hype. I think it just means though that none of the main characters were powerful enough to stop it anyway, they all need to get stronger.

I'm guessing we're missing the last page of the chapter since next week's title wasn't present, but the spoiler images we got as early as last week were legit. According to those spoilers next week's title should be something like "The Power to Live" or something like that. If so it might be referring to Igneel somehow surviving(this is Fairy Tail afterall), or him wanting Natsu to live on, but I don't know. As far as the events of the chapter are concerned well Igneel's "death" was pretty brutal though I've seen it predicted weeks ago. So where do we go from here? Will Natsu have a rage moment and lose himself in anger? How will Acnologia be stopped? Lumen Histoire? I'll certainly be interested in finding out.

I think its clear Natsu will rage out but wont accomplish anything then Acnologia wil flee when the other dragons close in him. cause even if he is the king of dragons just one dragon was able to injure that much what would he do against the other four.

I hope Igneel will come back tbh...



And as for Zeref, also curious to see his next move.

Technically he did. Igneel did say Natsu didn't have a risk of turning into a dragon now so he could push the boundaries of Dragon Slayer magic safely.
