Fairy Tail Chapter 388 Discussion

Good chapter. Really liked the Wendy bit. Also liked Minerva's flashbacks. Though I can't see the twin dragons winning this fight and I wished we had a little more action. I'm really hoping that it's Jellal at the end. 5/5

Some people believe storytellers have balls when they kill off their characters. Me personally, I think storytellers have balls when they attempt to think and care about how to believably provide growth for characters. And if that means cutting off hair, then so be it. I may not be a fan of Fairy Tail, but that doesn't mean I can't appreciate when Hiro sincerely tries to make me care about his characters when he tries and not take the lazy way out of it.

I didn't expect Minerva to just give up so easily. I was expecting a good long fight. Erza should have beat her up even more. But at least she gave a good fight.
