Also, like you said this is way too easy, I guess everyone from the stronger classes can resurrect, not just calamity, and I think everyone can use those particles, so it's very likely (if the bomber doesn't have something else up his sleeve) the real battle starts AFTER Natsu defeats him. It's possible tho they don't save the cat member because he really seems to know something, and the fight ends with a draw because Tartaros has no need for fights if the objective is completed

Wishful thinking, yes, however I wouldn't put it past Mashima to pull something like this. Erza's character is a little too ominous with tons of loose ends. No last name??? Parents?  I doubt Mashima didn't do this on purpose. Only time will tell. Demon!Erza would be hype just saying.
