in the 5th OVA, flare said she left Raven Tail, then someone offered her to join Fairy tail, then she said no

Flare is back !

I love her character that sadistic side of hers and stalking lucy (watch out juvia) she is my fav stalker now.

Mashima Hiro is finally bringing back old characters. Well, Flare isn't exactly as old, but still, I think he is giving more value into his characters now.
