Kyouko's feelings still remain rather complicated.

I also reread the entire manga after this chapter came out a couple days ago. I was really surprised to see that a journalist from Boost (incorrectly translated as "Boots") was trying to interview and was low-key stalking Kyoko after her battle with Ruriko, when the director arranged for her photograph to be taken to preserve the memory of wearing a kimono and makeup. Nakamura-sensei did an excellent job with foreshadowing Boost's involvement from such an early stage (this was chapter 14). I had totally forgotten about that sketchy journalist, who clearly saw Kyoko interacting with Ren in a way that could be seen as intimate, even though the two were not romantically inclined towards each other at the time.



So my theory is this. Either the article will be about Tsuruga's blossoming relationship with Kyoko, or the kiss that occurred with that older actress in the private bar when he was out drinking with Kijima. The receptionist certainly witnessed the kiss and Tsuruga didn't do much to dispel any strange rumors (even offering to walk the actress to the car). But I'm more inclined to hope that it will be the former, since Kyoko did cry in Tsuruga's arms in a public setting, right after Saena declared that she didn't have a child on TV. I think it would be hilariously ironic if Boost was taking pictures of them embracing in the park, since it would completely overshadow Sho's interaction with her earlier that night.

after all of those years, finally...

The chapter titles has been 'Unexpected Results' for the past 2-3 chapters. I wonder if the unexpected results will bring Kyoko and Ren closer or make them drift apart with more misunderstandings. The magazine scoop I think is pretty much the kiss with the Kana-san. Hopefully, the results is to bring Kyoko and Ren together. T-T

I hope things begin to progress faster after this. Hopefully with Ren's kiss on blast this will push either Ren or Kyoko to face each other honestly. Probably not but a girl can dream. \(o_0)/

After reading skip beat 269 i though that this magazine name is kind familiar. And after convice myself to re-read the entire manga. I noticed that on kyoko's debuts , during her first or second mission for love me section, she played a girl and she does a tea ceremony but she was hurt on her feet.

So a journalist from BOOTS magazine wanted to interview kyoko but she was escort by tsuruga ren to her room.

Tsuruga notice the journalist then he stare at him and told him to " disapear" or something like that.

And i was thinking



is it actually posible that from that moment. The journalist do an investigation for the relathion ship between kyoko and tsuruga ? and from the begining of Skip beat until now he was only wainting for prooves. ( Possibility of taking photo and published after " ren offers a  flower ring to kyoko" was the ultim proof that he need )



So my previsions for 270's skio beat chapter is that the articl of BOOTS magazine is about kyoko and ren

I love Skip Beat! but this is taking too long. The recent chapters are slower and it's getting me frustrated. I wish with the news reveal about Ren's kiss, it'll make him and Kyoko closer. But close enough to take a few steps forward and get them together, finally.



Again, I love Skip Beat but sometimes I just want it to end already. I just want to see their happy ending.

So you think the scoop is about the kiss? Makes sense, I had completely forgotten about it, lol. Thought maybe it was something related to the guy from Lotus in the mire who hates Ren having witnessed Kyoko cry because of Ren's bullying xD  The kiss makes much more sense ._. And Kyoko will go back to think he's a player.

Maybe time has healed the wounds made by Sho? And that's why she's so friendly now, even if she doesnt want to admit it, she's too friendly with a guy she says she hates.

I recently read all the manga again, because I was already forgetting about some characters reading one chapter per month... I feel the recent chapters are way shorter than they used to be u.u

So now we see a breaking news on a newspaper. Which is about Ren.... Damn it Ren! Is your kiss going viral now???? Damn it! M afraid This is Ntr'd. I think misunderstanding is the major mess that kyouko and ren will be in now. I hope kyouko doesn't take ren as a player now cuz acc to her he is dating a girl already. Cmon... I want a new chap asap
