Skip Beat! Chapter 170 Discussion

End of DARK MOON party and Mouko listened to Kyoko's worry about attending it.  



So that means Kyoko's feeling love toward Ren?

I was absolutely thrilled. Believe me, you are not alone. There are many Skip Beat fans on other Skip Beat forums who are absolutely enthused about this new development especially after waiting so many years for it.



I thoroughly enjoyed the way Nakamura-sensei unveiled Kyouko's realization that she has feelings for Ren. I always wondered how it would be revealed and I was not at all disappointed. The illustrated box with the discarded locks seem to imply that Ren has been picking her locks along the way. Judging from the distance of the pile of locks from the box, I get the impression that they've been discarded for a while now. Maybe it's even a call back to that time when Ren kissed the Corn stone and gave it back to Kyouko and she vowed that she won't allow anyone to see how its magic is working on her. lol Who knows. All lI know is that it appears that Ren's efforts were not in vain.



Shou appearing in Kyouko's flashback is not a problem for me. After all, Kyouko was indeed in love with him so it's natural that she should identify the feelings that she is experiencing now to the only other time that she had feelings of love.



About the sequence at the beginning of the chapter, a fellow Skip Beat fan explained it to me and it seems that the topic of conversation between Lory and Sawara is about the Dark Moon actors donating prizes for the bingo game that will be held at the party. Sawara chose a psp game for Kyouko's prize donation and it seems that Ren has chosen his own gift donation instead of letting LME choose a gift to donate on his behalf. It seems his donation is a trip abroad for two.

Awesome chapter!!!  Thought it was Ren that was in an internal battle, turns out Kyoko is too.  ;P  Can't wait for the next chapter and the events at the party.

hum, somehow, i feel a bit disapointed... dont really know why.

yeah~ And I realy hope that doesnt mean we're leading to the end of this wonderfull Story.

At first I had thought the president had gone overboard again with the pyramid thing until I saw them holding the thing behind him. His eccentricity always makes me laugh.



Kyoko's little box with all the locks on it was cute too.



I think it's time for Reino to show up behind her. Get some more excitement going.
