Yeah, honestly I think they'll get us all riled up hoping for a kiss and then there will be nothing when the chapter comes.  That's so they can keep us all reading!  I definitely did freak out at the end of the chapter though.  I've been waiting for so long for there to be some good romance between them!  Guess we'll have to wait and see...
