Vampire Knight Chapter 39 Discussion

Ah, Zero got shot.

Gah, I hate cliffhangers: (

and I also think that Yuuki and Zero is way better then Yuuki and Kaname!! Yay!

In the earlier chapters I thought that Yuuki always looked up to Kuname as more of a brother or something even though she said 'she loved him' like a crush, gah! I hope she realizes that she loves Zero, because she did spend so much time thinking of that almost kiss.



Hmm and that chairman, I love that he's going badass, his character confuses me at times, because even though he acts funny you can tell he's extremely smart, and is somehow powerful. He gives of that vibe.

I loved the chapter and I thought it was very interesting. Too bad we have to wait another month for the next chapter... oh well this manga is worth it.

"The Father Kuran tells Kaname right before he dies that 'He's sorry that Kaname never got to become his cute son'"



Okay..obvious now.



Rido stole their son, who is Kaname, brought him to the Kuran Ancestor's Grave, and used Kaname's body as a "shell" or a surrogate of some sort, just like Shiki is right now, to "host" the ancestor's body so he could feed off of the strongest blood, etc.



Either way, Kaname's "body" is the actual body of the Kuran's first born son, who is Yuuki's brother. But the consciousness that inhabits the body is that of the ancestor Kuran.



I hope that made sense.

Hmm Ichiro did shoot zero in the shoulder, not the chest.. ^^

For me, the high point of this series was Zero sucking Kaname's blood.  It has gone downhill since that point...unless my wishes come true and Zero and Kaname get it on and tell Yuki to make like a tree in Chapter 100 or something.

…and now we wait another month…



I though it was a great chapter actually. Kaname certainly seems to be pulling a lot of strings. I really do fear for Zero’s life with each chapter. >.<



But I doubt that he just died here, at least. Darn cliffhanger…

did rido killed the chairman?



we see the chairman and rido talking then the next thing is a scene where rido with his bloody hand with a comment "to take power that one wants is in vampire's nature isnt it?"



also, what is this thing that the chairman wants to do?



i wont be surprise if the chairman will also turn out to be a vampire himself.. too many twist and turn on this story
