Vinland Saga Chapter 4 Discussion

I like this manga so far but I dunno... I wish it would get back to the action, I'm not a huge fan of flashbacks that take too long to get to the point.

At last! A chapter that deserves a 5/5 in all aspects!

Just for the 3 or 4 last pages it deserves a great deal!

So much meaning in just a couple of frames...

...buying that slave to free him in his death... burrying him under the Nothern Lights... the phrase "where does someone go to escape from here too?"

So the slave ended up dying anyways, but thors still bought it from his owner. What a very selfless act. This manga is starting to get better and better. Now it looks like a war is on its way. I am really liking these flash back moments of thorfinns past. Seeing everything being played out from his point of view.
