Synopsis
Xue Li was the “Gourmet Demoness” at the top of the internet’s mukbang charts, priding herself on being unrivaled among all foodies. Little did she know that she would one day transmigrate into a beautiful young chef in Bianjing, “invited” into the manor of the cold and sickly Marquis of Ningwu to serve as the head cook.
Everyone said she was blessed; to be able to wash her hands and prepare soups for the Marquis was a life of guaranteed wealth and high status.
Xue Li: “Pah! Marquis or Prince, if anyone gets in the way of my money-making, they deserve a taste of a stone mortar swung at their head!”
Qi Xun faked his illness to set a trap, originally intending to root out the useless “old foxes” in the imperial court. Unexpectedly, he caught the wrong person and instead snagged a “little fox” with explosive culinary skills.
This little fox possessed a thousand charms and a face as lovely as the moon and flowers. With just herself and a kitchen, she managed to win the hearts of everyone in the Marquis’s manor.

As the saying goes, “Where the soup is served, a man’s heart is found at the tip of his chopsticks.”
Seeing that even the noble young masters from outside the manor were baring their souls and pining for her from afar, Qi Xun coldly tossed down his money pouch: “Extra meals. Five times a day.”
Xue Li: “Tsk, dear customer, isn’t your demand for extra meals a bit unreasonable?”
[Mini Theater]
Qi Xun: Li-niang is a sweet little lychee~
Xue Li: Besides making money, I can actually sing. Do-Re-Mi-Fa-Fa-Fa-Fa-Fa-Fa-Fa… (Translator’s note: “Fa” sounds like the Chinese word for “getting rich.”)
