Chasing Shadows of Love

This novel explores the theme of first love—a love that remains irreplaceable. The story follows Xu Xi and Ji Shixu, high school sweethearts who have since gone their separate ways.

Ji Shixu is now a distinguished professor working in a medical lab. Handsome, mature, and strict, he has tried to move on with his life, but finds himself drawn back to thoughts of Xu Xi despite his efforts to distance himself from her presence at work.

On the other hand, Xu Xi has blossomed into a professional photographer. Vibrant and captivating, she is determined to reconnect with Ji Shixu, going so far as to join his office in hopes of rekindling their old romance.
