I really enjoyed this book It's very funny .

Something about this book just makes it stand out from what we all are used to read. The details set up convincing scenes and the intertwinement of inner and outer dialogues allow you to clearly paint the inner world of characters as well as the progress that they make. Their discord community is small but worth checking out for some insides from the author

For the next three years, Max was treated brutally physically but never verbally. He would be seen as garbage to them, kicked around whwnevr they felt like it, and freento release stress on whenever the need arose. The only reason they didn't abuse him verbally was because, even if he took a beating afterwards for it, he would always come back with a logical and smartass response that would completely humiliate them. All this arose because Max wasn't interested in giving in and becoming a simple pawn.

Sirzech's knew he didn´t have a choice anymore. It was clear that the Vampire was not open to reason.

"You are right," she answered surprising some people around and letting her head sank down a bit. "That is exactly what I am," she admitted. A few days ago she would have had a fit if someone talked about her like this. But after all what happened during the last days, she had to say, Alucard´s description of her failures was exactly correct.

      He was shocked that a girl so young like this was the one who recklessly ruined what he has been labouring for. He clearly saw her face and it was imprinted into his memory instantly. The girl also saw him and saw his rage, seeing that he was violently trying to open her door, she pressed the locked button, made a face to Tosin and swerved out the car that really did not come to complete stop back into an opening in the lane; and just like that she zoomed off.
